Workshops are short in-person sessions in Paris, covering optical illusion, 3D printing, the NEWTON pattern generator and finishing printed pieces. Each workshop page describes the content, duration, level, price and number of seats.

• Sessions take place on Saturdays, between 10:00 and 18:00, in the slot chosen when booking.
• Each session takes between 2 and 6 people. Below 2 bookings, Incxnnue Lab may cancel under the “Cancellation by Incxnnue Lab” section.
• Materials, consumables and tools are provided. No prior knowledge is required unless the workshop page says otherwise.

Booking happens in two steps: the slot is chosen in the calendar on the workshop page, then payment is made on the site. The chosen slot is held for 24 hours; after that, without payment, it is released and may be booked by someone else.

The booking is confirmed once payment is complete. A confirmation is sent to the email address given when booking; the customer is responsible for its accuracy.

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Incxnnue Lab is exempt from VAT under the French flat-rate scheme: no tax is charged and every invoice carries “VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code”.

• Payment is due in full at booking, by card through Stripe. The site stores no card data.
• An invoice is issued automatically after payment and sent electronically.
• A gift card may be used in full or in part; any remaining balance is paid by card in the same checkout.

Gift cards are sold for 85, 95, 110 or 120 €. They take the form of a code sent by email to the buyer, who passes it on to the recipient. The recipient is named at the time of purchase; no email address is requested for them. The code alone is enough to use the card, on any workshop.

• The card is valid for twelve months from purchase. After that, any unused balance is lost.
• Unused value stays on the card: a 120 € card used on an 85 € workshop leaves 35 € usable on another workshop.
• If the balance is below the price of the chosen workshop, the difference is paid by card in the same checkout.
• The card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be topped up.
• If a workshop is cancelled under “Cancellation by the customer”, the amount is credited back to the card, which keeps its original expiry date.
• An unused card may be refunded within fourteen days of purchase, under “Right of withdrawal”.
• Special cases — lost card, relocation, serious impediment — are reviewed on written request to contact-incxnnue@orange.fr. An extension remains a decision of Incxnnue Lab, not an entitlement.

For a distance purchase, a consumer customer generally has fourteen days to withdraw, without giving reasons. This right does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or period: once a workshop booking is confirmed, the slot is reserved for the customer and can no longer be sold. Booking a dated workshop is therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, under article L. 221-28, 12° of the French consumer code.

Withdrawal remains possible within fourteen days of purchase as long as the gift card has not been used. It is exercised by written message to contact-incxnnue@orange.fr; the refund is made within fourteen days of the request, on the original payment method.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to contact-incxnnue@orange.fr, stating the booked slot. The deadline runs until the start time of the workshop.

• Cancellation seven days or more before the workshop: the amount is refunded to the original payment method, or credited back to the gift card if that is how it was paid.
• Cancellation less than seven days before the workshop: the amount is retained by Incxnnue Lab as compensation, the slot having been held and no longer sellable.
• No-show without notice: the amount is retained on the same basis.
• On presentation of supporting evidence (illness, accident, bereavement), Incxnnue Lab may, at its discretion, move the booking to a later date instead of applying the compensation.

Incxnnue Lab may cancel a session when the minimum of two participants is not reached, or in the event of the host being unavailable, equipment failure or force majeure. Cancellation is notified no later than seventy-two hours before the session, except in unforeseeable circumstances.

• The customer then chooses between a later date and a full refund of the amount paid.
• Where payment was made by gift card, the amount is credited back to the card.
• No further compensation is due beyond the price of the workshop.

• Please arrive on time. More than thirty minutes late, entry may be refused without refund, as the session has started.
• Some steps use cutting tools, paint and printing materials: the safety instructions given on site must be followed.
• Minors are admitted when accompanied by a legal guardian, who stays for the session.
• Any behaviour endangering participants or equipment may lead to exclusion from the session, without refund.

• Pieces made during the workshop belong to the participant, who takes them home at the end of the session.
• Models, files, patterns and documents provided remain the property of Incxnnue Lab and may not be used commercially without written permission.
• Photographs may be taken during workshops. They are published only with the agreement of identifiable people, and removed on request.

Data provided when booking, paying or writing is processed by Incxnnue Lab to manage the commercial relationship. Details of processing, retention periods and rights are set out in the privacy policy.

Any complaint should be sent to contact-incxnnue@orange.fr. A reply is given within fifteen working days.

To completeFailing an amicable solution, a consumer customer may refer the matter free of charge to the competent consumer mediator, under articles L. 612-1 et seq. of the French consumer code.

The mediator's name, address and website will be stated here once appointed. The European online dispute resolution platform is also available to consumers.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. A consumer customer may still bring the matter before the court of their own domicile.

Incxnnue Lab may change these terms at any time. The terms applicable are those in force on the day of booking or purchase. A change has no retroactive effect on a gift card already issued.
